  • Unforeseen site conditions discovered during work (e.g., corroded pipes, hidden leaks, outdated materials)
  • Code compliance or Department of Buildings requirements
  • Changes in material costs or availability
  • Client-requested modifications to scope or specifications
  • Hidden conditions behind walls, floors, or ceilings not visible during initial inspection.

Change Orders: Any modification to the agreed-upon scope, schedule, or budget requires a written Change Order signed by both parties before work proceeds.

Scheduling & Site Access Policy

Scheduling: Consultations and site visits are available via our website contact form, email at info@parkproplumbing.com, or phone during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM ET). Emergency services are available 24/7.

Site Access: You agree to provide our licensed plumbers and technicians reasonable access to the work area, including access to water shut-off valves, gas meters, and mechanical rooms as required to perform the agreed-upon services.

Third-Party Resources

References to architects, engineers, product suppliers, material manufacturers, or other service providers are for informational purposes only. We do not endorse or control third-party services unless expressly engaged as part of our project management scope. Any warranties on fixtures or materials are provided by the respective manufacturers.

Permits & Inspections

When required by New York City regulations, we will assist in obtaining the necessary plumbing permits from the Department of Buildings (DOB). You acknowledge that:

  • Permitting fees are separate from service estimates unless explicitly included
  • Delays in permit issuance by city agencies may affect project timelines
  • All work will be scheduled for inspection as required by code
  • You are responsible for ensuring any third-party work affecting plumbing systems (e.g., structural renovations) is coordinated appropriately

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York County, NY, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Construction Industry Rules.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of our services or website after 30 days of posting revised Terms constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Park Pro Plumbing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance or non-performance of services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
